Staff were absolutely fantastic. So friendly and helpful. Receptionist, Murat, was so helpful in getting the room that we wanted and bellboy, Erkan, would not let us carry a thing. Breakfast was so good that it took care of breakfast and lunch. Room and bathroom was large and comfortable.

The staff were respectful and helpful to a great degree, and I thank Miss Amina and the manager Mustafa for their good cooperation and welcome..The hotel is one of the best 4-star hotels in Taksim in terms of cleanliness, calmness, and the treatment of the staff..The size of the rooms is reasonable for two people, and my room had two beds, and the hotel is good for those looking For a clean and economical hotel

Front staff were always friendly, maybe night staff need to work with little more manners... Ramazan was excellent, Ahmet, and other day team. Room service, cleanses, powerful hairdryers and irons plus boards, Location of hotel , coffee shop just right beside it was handy too. Overall cant complain, all were perfect...

The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, as it was within walking distance of Ransom and Nisantashi. This made exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions effortless. In addition to the prime location, the hotel offered excellent amenities. There was a cozy coffee shop within the premises, perfect for a quick caffeine fix or a relaxing break. The receptionists, Ehsan and Onur, were attentive and provided helpful assistance throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably cleaned, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Great staff and amazing service. The hotel is very clean and the room was very good (value for the money) as we had a superior room with a view of the park (in the back) which was great! The location of the hotel is very good - you are in the middle of two "worlds" - 7 minute walk (and safe) from the crowded İstiklal Caddesi and 10 minutes from the luxurious and clean and nice Nisantasi. I totally recommend you this hotel as value for the money i think is the best (And i did quite of a research, trust me).

I booked a standard room for 4 nights what I care about is a clean room and a smiling face and I found that in Radisson harbiye. , it was an amazing stay, super clean, comfortable, nice modern room, , soundproof windows, with an amazing stuff, khalil(i hope the name is right) on the reception, a great guy with a very nice smile ready to explain and help. Ahmet was always ready to help, helped me and make it easy to me for taxi and exchanging money and the other guy with Ahmed I forgot the name was very helpful too,all ready to help at any time. it's not my first time this year in istanbul it's my fifth time but I would say that it was my first time I really enjoyed a hotel in istanbul and specially the high clean standards I would book again for sure., 💗

I stayed a week in the hotel, it was great the room was very good/spacious and got a lovely view. Room was clean and quiet. Staff were really helpful and friendly specially Mustafa and Ahmet from reception Ayşe Mustafayeva,Yunus,Sevil and Mualla from the resturant and during breakfast, they were very helpful, friendly and welcoming, everyone will go extra mile to assist you or help you with anything you need. The location of the hotel was excellent, many things near by and walking distance and other things like 10/15 mins by taxi I would love to go there again.
